The village of Kimmeridge is famous for its Jurassic formations and abundance of fossils. This made it the perfect place to build the new museum dedicated to the marine life from the Jurassic period.

The Renewable Design Company were employed to design and install a new ground source heat pump system using boreholes for the heat source.

  • System size: 1 x 40kW heat pump, 500L buffer tank
  • Heat source: boreholes, 6 x 100m boreholes
  • Provision of heating only to main building, zone controlled environment
  • Eligible for the Non-domestic RHI payments
